Today, we’re bringing you a video tutorial inspired by our healthcare customers. In just three easy steps, this healthcare tutorial will walk you through how to build a COVID-19 registration workflow that makes it quick and easy for patients to  schedule COVID-19 vaccine appointments.

You’ll need a Formstack Forms account and a Google Calendar account

  1. Build your form. Add Conditional Logic keep your form short and route only the necessary data to your back office. 
  2. Add Approvals. Equip your form with Approvals to seamlessly route form data to the correct employees.
  3. Set up your integration. Verify your Google Calendar account and start taking appointments!
